5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added as per Indian law

6. Project Delivery

• Project timelines will be agreed upon in the service contract
• Delays caused by client-side issues may extend delivery dates
• We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly
• Final deliverables require client approval and sign-off
• Revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, and financial information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ING INFOMIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Indemnification
